Our goal is to provide your child with a safe learning environment where they can learn the basics of gymnastics.  Your child will not only grow into a strong individual, but they'll truly enjoy the process of learning to roll, flip and fly!

The Paso Robles YMCA gymnastics program has been lifting children up through gymnastics since 2005.  We offer recreational and beginning competitive classes for girls and boys, as young as 18 months and as old as age 18. We pride ourselves in a knowledgeable coaching staff that care personally about each child, their growth and their safety.  It's not the equipment or facility that will help your child grow, it's the coaches! Class sessions are one month long.

Parent & Me

Ages: Up to 3 yrs
Time: Monday, 9-9:45am
Fee: 1x/week $35, 2x/week $55

Using gymnastics obstacle courses and music, children develop motor skills, balance, and eye-hand coordination. Children, along with their parents, learn social skills through play in a fun positive environment.

We Gym

Ages: Up to 5 yrs
Time: Tues/Fri 9-9:45am
Fee: 1x/week $35, 2x/week $55

for first child $30/$50/$70 each additional sibling

Designed for parents with more than one child.

Introductory gymnastics skills taught through the

use of gymnastics equipment obstacle courses,

music, and games. Kids will learn social skills

through play, in a fun positive environment. Parents

are highly encouraged to participate.

KinderGym

Ages: 3-5 yrs
Time: Mon/Fri 11:00-11:45 am

Wed and Fri 3:15-4pm
Fee: 1x/week $42, 2x/week $62, 3x/week $82

A structured class introducing basic gymnastic skills using bars, balance beam, vault, and floor exercise; along with spring
boards, mini-trampoline, and rope. Children also develop motor skills using bean bags, hoops, balls, and moving to music.

Intro to Gym

Ages: 5 yrs +
Time: Mon/Wed, Fri 4-5pm
Fee: 1x/week $52, 2x/week $72, 3x/week $92

Designed for the first time gymnast. Girls learn basic gymnastic skills in a highly structured environment. Gymnastics obstacle courses, games, and activities to music too. This class uses floor, bars, balance beam, vault, trampoline, and rope.

Level 1 Girls

Ages: 5 yrs +
Time: Mon,Wed & Fri 5-6 pm

Fee: 1x/week $52, 2x/week $72, 3x/week $92

Beginning gymnastics taught on floor, bars,

balance beam, vault, and trampoline. The

gymnasts will learn basic routines on all events.

This class stresses form, strength, flexibility,

and gymnastics safety.

Boys Gym— Coaches Invitation

Ages: 6 yrs

Time: Tues/Thurs 5-6pm
Fee: 1x/week $52, 2x/week $72

Acrobatic skills, strength, and flexibility

taught on floor, vault, high bar, pommel horse,

rings, trampoline, and rope. The class is highly

structured. Learn basic routines.

Level 2 Girls — Coaches Invitation
Time: Tues/Thurs 3:30-5pm
Fee: 1x/week $62, 2x/week $82

An intermediate class offering additional developmental skills on all gymnastics events. Skills are put into USA Gymnastics
routines. Strength, flexibility, and dance skills are stressed in a positive, highly structured environment. If new to our gym,
call to set up skill evaluation.

Pre-team — Coaches Invitation
Time: Mon, Wed and Fri 5:30-7:30 pm
Fee: 1x/week $82, 2x/week $117

USAG compulsory training for the highly skilled

gymnast. The highly structured classes are

designed around routines, dance, flexibility,

and strength preparing the gymnast for

competitive team. If new to our gym,

call to set up evaluation.

Back To Gym - For Adults

Time: Mon, Wed and Fri
Fee:

Adults
Time: Speak to instructor
Providing adults the opportunity to return to the gym

to improve their conditioning.

Private Lessons and

Adult Gym Available—

All ages and levels
Time: Speak to instructor
One on one gymnastics instruction.

The class in tailored to the needs and

desires of the gymnast.

Give us a call at 237-0845 or stop by for a tour of the facility.  If you'd like to see a class, you may visit one of the regularly scheduled classes.  In fact, each new student may try out a class for free!  Fees depend on frequency and number of children enrolled per family.  Please contact us for details.

Special Programs & Events

Open Gym

Give your child a chance to burn off some of that extra energy on Saturday morning, by visiting Paso Robles YMCA Gymnastics Open Gym!  Held the second Saturday of each month this will give your child a chance to explore the world of gymnastics and burn-off some of their energy in a supervised, safe environment.  Whether they're a member of the gymnastics program or not, children of all ages are welcome.

Who: All boys and girls potty-trained and older
When: 2nd Saturday each month, 10:00 am - Noon
Where: Paso Robles YMCA Gymnastics
Cost: $5 for members/$10 for non-members, pay at door

Birthday Parties

The YMCA does gymnastics parties!

Help your child and friends tumble,

roll, balance and swing their way

to a very happy birthday celebration.

Parties include 1 hour of instruction,

1/2 hour of supervised free play, and

the birthday child walks away with a

special YMCA t-shirt. Appropriate

gym clothes required.

Ages: 3-12 years

Location: Centennial Park Gymnastics

Center, Paso Robles

Date: Saturdays

Time: Parties last for 1.5 hours,

Parents can choose any time

between 10am – 4pm

Cost: $90 members, $100 non-members,

up to 10 children. $10 per

extra child (limit 15 children)

Food cannot be consumed within the gymnastics facility, however the YMCA has an adjacent room available to continue your party, or you may take continue your birthday party outdoors in Centennial Park.

Jessi Henninger

Jessie began gymnastics at this facility, formerly Paso Robles Gymnastics. She has been coaching for many years and loves working with children. She has been working for Paso Robles YMCA Gymnastics since September 2005.

Mr. Orion Dow

New to the YMCA Gymnastics staff, Mr. Orion is in charge of the Boys Gymnastics program.

Rachel Romero

Rachel is also a former gymnast of Paso Robles Gymnastics. She began coaching at Paso Robles YMCA Gymnastics in February 2007.

Christy Walker

"My love for gymnastic began at my local YMCA at age 4. I competed for USGF, now USA Gymnastics, and performed with an acro team. Gymnastics allowed me to develop a great foundation for other sports. I've competed in diving, soccer, basketball, and tennis. I've taught

gymnastics recreationally at community centers, for competitive gymnasts at private clubs, and also at public schools and camps for kids of all ages. I hold a Masters degree in Education.
