Given only occassionally, this award is truly a
special achievement.

Shelly stretched beyond her comfort zone in working with the community to ensure continued operation of the San Miguel Fitness Facility.
Nathan Asher is recognized for his work in "rising above the crowd" to implement a new software system, working late into the early morning hours to ready the YMCA for implementation on a very short deadline.
