San Luis Obispo County YMCA Financial Assistance

The San Luis Obispo County YMCA offers financial assistance to individuals and families seeking to participate in YMCA programs, who would otherwise not be able to do so.  Assistance is offered on a case by case basis, based upon financial ability.  It takes approximately two weeks to process a request, so applicants are encouraged to apply early before programs begin.

To apply for financial assistance, please complete the form below and submit it to the San Luis Obispo County YMCA main office by mail or fax (see below). We will notify you by mail in approximately two weeks of your eligibility. If you are eligible for a financial assistance discount for a specific program, you will need to register in the program or membership (that you applied for) within two weeks. When registering for the program, you must include a copy of your financial assistance award letter. If you do not utilize the award letter within two weeks of receiving it, it will be void and you will be required to reapply for any future YMCA programs you are interested in.
