We continue to build a stronger community by encouraging organizations to screen employees through our live scan services at a low rate.
Live scan is digital fingerprint submission transmitted electronically to the Department of Justice (DOJ). Live scan is an automated service for criminal history background checks that may be required as a condition of employment, licensing, certification, foreign adoptions, or VISA/Immigration clearances.
Applicants must get the forms required for fingerprinting services from the agency requiring their criminal history background check. Forms are also available at ag.ca.gov. Applicants must provide a valid government issue photo ID, a request for live scan service form and any DOJ, FBI, and rolling fees.
