and body. The San Luis Obispo County YMCA welcomes you, regardless of age, gender or background. We have dozens of programs and services to help you grow, to expand your horizons and to connect more firmly with your community through volunteer and other activities.

Our programs help families grow closer, kids find direction in life and adults become healthier and more active. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Everyone is welcome.

The San Luis Obispo YMCA Health & Fitness Center is the site of a broad range of Health and Fitness equipment and classes.  Additionally after school programs, such as Health Kids Club, and special programs are offered here.  Free Fun Nights are held monthly, in addition to a number of events and informational seminars.  For a list of upcoming events, click here.

Monday - Thursday 6 am to 9 pm

Friday 6 am to 8 pm

Saturday 8 am to 7 pm

Sunday 11 am to 5 pm

Kids Gym Hours:

Monday to Friday   8:30 am to 11:30 am (open until 1:00pm on Monday & Friday)

                              4:00 pm to 7 pm

Saturday                9 am to 12:30 pm  

The Facility will be closed on the following Holidays:

New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Los Ranchos Elementary School

Los Ranchos Elementary School is the location of one of our Club Y After school Programs.  Licensed by the State of California, this program strives to provide a safe, fun and enriching experience for children before and after-school.  Children are mentored by positive adult role models. In addition to supporting the student's academic lessons, the program strives to develop each child's character through lessons and activities that teach Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship. Monarch Grove Elementary School
