The Y-Fit Program is for everyone. It doesn't matter if you have some weight to lose, strength to gain, health concerns to overcome or are already in great shape; by combining nutritional education, continual motivation and optimum workouts all designed specifically with each individual in mind, you can obtain a new level of fitness. This program offers a unique combination to help anyone obtain better fitness, health and wellness overall, along with our expert team of professionals backing you up to guarantee success.
Kickoff week is January 7th through the 11th, Challenge starts January 14th. We offer crossfit style classes on Monday, Wendesday, Friday and Saturday at the above listed times. Classes are drop in style, attend as many as you'd like.
The program includes:
- 2 body composition tests
- Regular fitness assessments
- 7 training sessions each week
- 3 classes with a nutritionist
- An extensive wellness packet
